Reiki

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.

I completed Levels 1 and 2 training at the Reiki Center in Columbus, Ohio in June and December of 2022. After completing Level 2, I decided to finish my Reiki studies closer to home. That is when I found Mary Lee of Healing Insights. She became my Reiki Master and in July of 2023, I completed my studies with her and became a Reiki Master.

I now provide Reiki services at The Barn Salon and Spa in Lagrange, Ohio. I also provide Reiki at the Reiki Clinic at The Unity Spiritual Center in Westlake on select Monday evenings.
